Name: Tobias Ragg.
Nickname: Toby (Mrs. Lovett); Boy or The Boy (Mr. Todd); *few colorful words* (Signor Pirelli & Sweeney when overly pissed at him)
Age: 12, about to turn 13.
Gender: Male.
Height/Weight: No higher than five feet; a scrawny 120 lbs.
Appearance: Toby is your typical Dickens' scrawny workhouse kid. His beatup, lowdown, scar-ridden looks make him appear that nothing good nor innocent come from this child. His brunette hair is one of the most complimenting pieces about him aside from his longing eyes that look for something good to come into his life. From the times at the workhouse, his clothing looked hardly worth wearing and it changed a bit when he worked for Pirelli. A little more upbeat color was the outfit along with wig to con the people with, but it changed all over again when he came to be with Mrs. Lovett and Mr. Todd.
A simple rundown suit became his outfit, but Toby prided and cherished the look especially when Mrs. Lovett made him a muffler for him to wear. This is perhaps the only thing kind that someone's really given him and would fight to the death if anyone but dared to try and take it from him. Aside from this, the dark circles of working hard and endless exhaustion is taking the toil on the boy, but he tries to not think about it.
Personality: Although the outward appearance of Tobias Ragg does appear to be quite ragged (no puns intended), the inward personality of Toby is quite similar, yet different as well. Through life's hardships, he is well adjusted to the fact that he has some problems with authority figures, especially when under pressure as well as a ruthless nature. True, he has dealt with it long enough, so you would think, but he still finds it incredibly hard to take it all in when someone pushes him around a little too hard.
Though young and innocent, Toby somehow can feel, yes, even SENSE, when something is not right. No, the boy isn't psychic, but whenever he has felt this emotion, it typically has ended up with some sort of punishment. Aside from his curious nature (his deadly sin, so to speak), Toby is sweet, kind, even loving and perhaps that is why he finds himself worried when Mr. Todd is around his 'Mum,' Mrs. Lovett.
Wealth Status: Poor. Really is, poor lad.
Occupation: Advertiser for Pirelli; (later) Worker for Lovett's Pie Shop.
Personal Possessions: His pride, uhm. . . physically? (later) The muffler made for him.
Family: None known of.
History: When mentioning the name Tobias Ragg, one is often left wondering if the child that would be taken under Nellie Lovett's care, should have been left for dead. Toby's story began with his mother leaving the three weeks old child at an orphanage in London and was never to be heard from again. Stories often spread to Toby that she had the appearance of an angel, but also that she was a woman of ill repute, that he was the result of her mishaps. Whatever the case may have been, Toby grew up without proper family members and this would only cause him later in life discouragement when first meeting Lovett.
The weeks turned into years and soon enough by his fifth birthday (at least that was what he believed it was), Toby was ushered into factory work. Little would the boy understand what it was like to be forced to work until your body ached so badly until a few months later. Towards Christmas time two years later, he was working in the factory houses, Toby's foot was twisted and broken in an accident. Never had the boy felt a lashing before up until this time but soon felt it as he was deemed 'worthless' to them and that he was cast out onto the streets.
Shortly after, Toby's life changed drastically as he met Signor Pirelli, a street barber with a reputation to boot. Pirelli took Toby under his wing and within weeks, he became his cleaner after shaves and whatnot, even working his way up to selling the products his owner sold. Of course, that injury never quite healed, thus, Toby seemed to walk with a limp but never dared to mention that it ailed him, lest Pirelli hurt him too (therefore the beginning of becoming attached to the gin bottle happened). Pirelli would eventually toughen up and harm the boy but it was to teach Toby life lessons, of which Toby quickly learned especially when he questioned Pirelli about the 'Miracle Elixir' when it was first made.
The times passed and soon enough, Toby was growing closer and closer to becoming a man - this caused Pirelli to place a lockdown on the boy to ensure Toby would not run off from him or cause ruin. Toby remained faithful as ever as to not enrage Pirelli, but little would either of them realize that time was about to change them both. Their usual scheme to con people into buying the elixirs that Pirelli made failed one day as a Mr. Sweeney Todd attempted to reveal the sham that Pirelli truly was.
(later we'll find out)
Toby watched as the Signor lost and eventually Pirelli confronted Mr. Todd about it. Toby's life changed as he met his redeemer: Mrs. Lovett. The woman was sent from Heaven, or had to be a fallen angel, in his opinion. Soon enough, Toby was no longer working for Signor Pirelli (he initially thought that the man had left him, according to Mr. Todd's tale) and was now under the ownership of Lovett and Todd. Toby grew to love his 'Mum' but feared Mr. Todd's wrath and actions towards Mrs. Lovett. His suspicious nature started to return as customers started to disappear and began to wonder why the pies sold so well. . .

{{Sorry that I used another post from another site}}
So, Zame and her were over? Wow, Jon thought, he really had not expected this at all, but then again, this was natural, wasn't? Teenage love and fallouts? Jon supposed so, after all, his only relationship became more a friendship with Victoire Weasley. What could he say?! "Gee, that sucks" was not a valid answer, in fact, he knew if he said that, he felt as though he'd be insulting the girl, but then again, "I'm sorry" sounded all right, but a little weird too.
Following Allie's lead, he too landed in the stands and sat beside her. The rain felt good -- everyone may have been soaked, but Jon was more than used to this type of weather. Taking one of his hands, he reached to Allie's face to wipe the stray hair strands and the tears off her face. "Now, now. I'm here, Allie, don't worry, all right? I'm sorry to hear about you and Zame, darling." Sighing, he began to think of what to say. . .
"Allie? You remember the day we met, our first day at Hogwarts? We were young, childish. We each feared each other because we were of the opposite sex. Yet, Quidditch united us -- sure, we didn't get to play our first season, but our cheering led high spirits for everyone. Our second year we tried out together and made it. Allie, you can't keep on pushing your emotions down, love, trust me, it'll eat you alive. My mum would know about that. It did it to her and still haunts her. I'm here for you, your little cheering squad. If you ever need an ear, here it is," he said with a geunine smile.
